License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Dehazign and you. By purchasing and using our 3D clothing mockups, you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the 3D clothing mockups to generate an unlimited number of mockups for personal or commercial projects. This license permits Licensee to incorporate the mockups into their designs and use the resulting images in various applications.

2. Restrictions

Licensee agrees not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the 3D clothing mockups, in whole or in part, to any third party.
• Share the mockups or make them available for download to others.
• Use the mockups in any way that competes with Licensor’s offerings.

3. Ownership

Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the 3D clothing mockups. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to Licensee. Licensee acknowledges that the mockups remain the property of Licensor.

4. Modification

Licensee is permitted to modify the 3D clothing mockups to meet their project requirements. However, modified versions of the mockups may not be resold or redistributed in any form.

5. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the 3D clothing mockups, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Licensee uses the mockups at their own risk.

6. Termination

This Agreement will terminate immediately if Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms herein. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the 3D clothing mockups and destroy any copies in their possession.

By purchasing and using our 3D clothing mockups, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
